- 1lb. fettuccine
- 1 package. thawed frozen peas
- 1/2 cups whole milk
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
4 simple steps
- Cook pasta according to directions
- Over medium-low heat warm cream, milk, and generous salt and pepper
- Add cooked pasta and simmer until sauce thickens 2-3 minutes
- Add peas and stir for 2 minutes; top with parmesan
