- 4 bone-in pork chops
- 2 tbsp dried herb mix (basil, oregano, thyme)
- 1/2 cup dijon mustard
- 1/2 cup olive oil

- Combine herbs, mustard, and olive oil in a bowl
- Rub the mix all over the pork chops and season with salt and pepper, wrap pork chops in foil and let sit for 15 minutes
- Grill over medium heat for 15 minutes
- Let sit 5 minutes: serve with a salad
